NIC was established in the year 1991. Right from the beginning NIC is dedicated for the Skill Training Program for helping unemployed youth in their carrier development.

It feels immense pleasure for me to lead NIC as one of the reliable and dynamic manpower recruitment agency approved by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India, in Kolkata, West Bengal, INDIA.

In order to promote academic activities and skilled training needs, NIC has established two subsidiaries: “NIC Institute of Technology (NICIT)”, Rajarhat, Kolkata -700135 (Year 2011) and “Anjani Institute of Technology (AIT)”, Bhaluka Bazar, Malda, West Bengal – 732125 (Year 2013).

Our constant endeavor is to enhance the Skills and Knowledge of students and to introduce them to a right profession in their respective field of interest. Our country has got a large number of skilled manpower in different trades (Traditional & Modern) at a very economical cost. Employers from abroad can hire this skilled manpower directly from us without any hassle.

We always follow the transparent, proven and legal procedure to recruit Indian Manpower for Overseas Companies. Further, we follow the guidelines from Protector of Emigrates (POE) under Ministry of External Affairs, GOI from time to time towards the manpower recruitment.
