We are in liaison with the overseas employers for holding interviews of candidates besides conducting training through finishing school for job-wise orientation of shortlisted candidates before they join to the overseas companies.

Overseas job placements and marketing strategy are subject to change from time to time. NIC is currently engaged in supply of skilled manpower to overseas / global market in the fields of Construction, Automobile, Welding, Electrician, Hotel & Restaurant, Plumbing, Structural Fitter, Domestic Help, Refrigeration & AC, Oil and Natural Gas sectors.

The unique feature being acquired by NIC is a Trade Test Center (TTC) on its AIT Campus, Bhaluka, Malda, West Bengal towards pre-assessment of trained and skilled manpower as per the requirement of Overseas Employers for the conduct of Pre Departure Orientation Training (PDOT).

NIC is also registered with Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) for the Export of Agricultural and Food Products in Overseas Market to enhance the scope of rural/farming background people from rural pockets to international markets for employment.
